Bruschetta with Goat Cheese


For Easter, we tried this recipe out of January 2013 edition of Country Gardens magazine. The mix of goat cheese, cream cheese and lemon juice with chives made a delicious spread. It was topped with roasted red bell peppers, kalamata olives and fresh watercress. We also pre-toasted the bread and brushed it with garlic infused olive oil.
